John Howie of Alliance Integration Inc. is an experienced consultant with a wide range of operating systems, programming languages, and network experience in a variety of industry sectors including the Financial, Defense, Education, Entertainment, Professional Services, and Telecommunications sectors. He is a recognized expert in the field of Computer Security and has authored and presented training courses and seminars on the subject. He has also written several magazine and newsletter articles covering various aspects of security including deploying Public Key Infrastructures (PKI), Smart Cards, IPSec, and incident response. Paul Morrell is the President of DuMonde Solutions Inc. With a history of working with PeopleSoft starting in 1989 when the company was still a start-up, Paul has had many opportunities to optimize the application for diverse enterprise requirements. He has worked closely with PeopleSoft and clients in a number of collaborative projects in Asia, Australia, Europe, and North America. Paul has presented at numerous local, national and international forums and most recently spoke on Managing Global Inter-connected HRMS Projects at HRTech and Salary Planning: Past, Present and Future at the International Human Resources Information Management conference. Prior to founding DuMonde Solutions, Paul held critical technology roles at AG Consulting and Siemens ICN (Siemens ROLM). Kevin AP Kirchman is Chairman of the Board and CEO of Worldfree Corporation since 1998. Kevin has been in the computer software industry since 1974. He held positions in all facets of the software business - from sales and marketing (VP of Sales and Marketing, VP of International Marketing), documentation, and programming, to research & development (VP of AI Applications), with his family's company, The Kirchman Corporation, a software company founded in 1968 in Orlando, Florida. His education includes degrees in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering (Cornell University) and Computer Science (University of Georgia), as well as graduate work in philosophy (The London School of Economics). He is the author of Aspirations: The Rational Foundations of Achievement, a new book that presents his historically distinct epistemological theory (theory of knowledge, including new theories of concepts, deduction, induction and perception). Worldfree's products draw on his innovative, proprietary new perspectives. Paul Minton is a management consultant who has developed and implemented successful business strategies in a variety of industries including high technology, industrial, consumer products, financial services and professional services. His clients include Cisco Systems Capital, Toshiba Medical Systems, Phoenix Technologies, and Hormel, and he serves on the Board of Directors of a profitable fab-less semiconductor company. Paul started two companies and held executive positions in several firms before committing his time to speaking, writing, training, and consulting on business strategy ten years ago. Paul’s practical approach to strategy draws on two decades of hands-on, real-world experience from the school of hard knocks integrated with management concepts he learned in business school. Paul graduated from the University of Maryland with a B.A. in Economics and holds an M.A. from the Graduate School of Business, Stanford University. William F. Nowacki, Jr. is the Chief Marketing Officer for One Community, Inc. and he has enjoyed a successful 20-year career in the High Technology sector serving in systems engineering, sales, and marketing roles. He has experienced the full breadth of the sector serving hardware, software, and consulting enterprises. Most recently Bill held the position of Senior Vice President of Sales and Solutions Marketing for EXE Technologies, Inc. He managed a multi-million dollar P&L and drove the company's restructuring around vertical industry solutions. Bill has held other executive roles including President of retailing.net -- a supply chain solution provider for multi--channel retailers - and CEO of HYPERparallel -- a data mining technology company that he merged with Yahoo!. SA Rabinovitz is a computer investigator with the Federal Bureau of Investigation assigned to the National Infrastructure Protection Center's Counter Terrorism and Counter Intelligence missions. In this role, he is responsible for assessing the capabilities of hostile systems, foreign and domestic, to attack, to infiltrate, and to undermine U.S. computer systems which make up the nation's critical infrastructure network. He has received generalized training in Counter Intelligence and CounterTterrorism, computer network attack and defense techniques, and specific technical training related to such attacks. Prior to joining the FBI, he worked as an economist for a private consulting firm in Los Angeles, New York, and Washington, D.C. Last year, he was named as the Officer of the Year by the Society of International Association of Financial Crimes Investigators for work he performed on a case when he was assigned to our West Covina Resident Agency. J. Toering
is the founder of Concept Engineering Group, LLC – a company that provides a
novel mix of consulting services, all directed at improving the client’s
business. Mr. Toering holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical
Engineering from Purdue University and a Masters in Product Design from the
Illinois Institute of Technology. Prior to forming CEG, Mr. Toering spent six
years as President of MascoTech / Norris Industries in Los Angeles and four
years as President / EVP of divisions of General Defense Corporation in
Pennsylvania and Florida. He has developed strategies for and
personally managed corporate turn-arounds and start-ups. Before moving
into general management, he was heavily involved in corporate strategic
planning, new business / new product analysis, and the development of new
products and new businesses. For a number of years, Mr. Toering was the head
of product R&D a major automotive aftermarket supplier. He has been
personally involved in development of products ranging from racecar components
to military systems.
