The
Creation of Afghanistan
The world
considers the War in Afghanistan to be a local war, but in fact there
are more countries involved ~ Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iran, and
Baluchistan, however knowledge of the latter is limited, which is a
mistake. Baluchistan gained independence from Great Britain in 1947,
based upon Treaties from the 19th Century, but was then annexed in 1948
by Pakistan. To understand
the Afghanistan situation one must also fully understand the factor of the Pashtun
people and of Baluchistan
~
Baluchistan Insurgency and
the complex situation in the region between
Sunni and
Shiite Muslims and
national aspirations of the whole region.

The War in
Afghanistan, in the minds of the Islamic World and the Pashtun, is actually a religious War
and a War for Independence and without
understanding that fact the War in Afghanistan taking place today can never be fully understood:
Wahhabi Sect
Taliban
Al-Qaeda
The Pashtun People
